Agenda Show 2010

Agenda Show | August 4th – 5th 2010 | Huntington Beach, CA

The show went down in parallel with the Summer X-Games in Los Angeles and the 2010 US Surf Open down the street in Huntington Beach.  The turnout at the show was exceptional and the Agenda team definitely knows how to  put down a quality experience for the action sports / urban / lifestyle industry.

If you aren’t familiar with Agenda, here’ the snapshot:

The Agenda Trade Show is a forum for the most inspired in the streetwear and action sports industries to unite. Lines speak for themselves and buyers are not intimidated by the usual overwhelming tradeshow experience. From the garage-run lines on the verge of explosion, to the well-established elite, Agenda caters to the needs of buyers and brands that exist on a higher level of design and aesthetic. With a strong emphasis in style, art, music and culture, the Agenda experience is as much a lesson as it is a tool.

Agenda creates an environment in which exhibitors and buyers can comfortably network and build relationships without all the gaudy setups and hype.  Aside from the highly conducive trade show environment,  Agenda hosted some great events for networking/cocktails.  After Day 1 of the trade show (Aug 4th) there was a BBQ for people involved with the show.  Good music, beer, and food really set the stage for the RVCA party later that night.  DJ Sam Ronson spun a set in the convention area while some of The GRO Project boys broke it down with other B-Boys at the party.

We also collected some great video footage of the show, so stay tuned for an exclusive P-Rod Inverview coming shortly!

Big ups to the Agenda staff.  It was an awesome opportunity to chop it up and do business. Weather was great out in Cali, and it’s “On to the Next One…”
